Refund Policy

Under normal and reasonable circumstances, the Subscriber has the right to terminate the Agreement if Interfax fails to submit the news releases or submit them in a timely manner. However, Interfax reserves the right of research and interpretation. When the Subscriber opts to terminate the Agreement, Interfax shall refund the subscription fees for the remaining subscription period to the Subscriber within one week after receiving the Subscriber’s notice of terminating the Agreement.
